Position Overview

We are hiring Real Estate Marketing Representatives who are passionate about property sales and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property surveys, client visits, rent or sale deals, and executing sales pitches with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property surveys for residential and commercial listings.

• Generate rental and sales leads through online and on-ground marketing.

• Perform client visits, presentations, and professional sales pitches.

• Hunt new properties and maintain updated market knowledge.

• Coordinate with agents, landlords, and clients to close deals effectively.

• Prepare basic reports on client feedback and property market trends.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in real estate marketing, sales, or property dealing.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to build relationships and close deals confidently.

• Knowledge of Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas preferred.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
